My story began in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Growing up, I loved playing soccer on concrete floors, sketching Tom and Jerry, and watching cartoons on Arabic satellite channels.

Since moving to the U.S. in 2015, I've resided in Skyway, South Seattle, and am a recent graduate from the University of Washington with a dual degree in Sociology (B.A.) and Human Centered Design & Engineering (B.S.).

I am now a professional storyteller through design, photography, and cinematography.
